Adding hot milk melts the chocolate, allowing soft marshmallows to float to the surface.

These make for a wonderfully indulgent treat, and a lovely gift to give or receive.

Milk Chooclate (86%) with Marshmallow (14%): Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: E322 SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa solids 44% minimum, milk solids 10% minimum. Marshmallows: Ingredients: (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine (pork), anti-caking agent: maize starch, colour: E120, E100, flavouring.
