A bold but refreshing ale using pale malt to provide sweetness and a little Crystal malt for extra toffee and a touch of astringency. Challenger provides clean bitterness and an underlying herbal hoppyness. Hersbrucker adds a little fruit, spiciness and floral character and Cascade as the late hop adds masses of grapefruit citrus aroma and taste and floral fragrance. All three hops contribute to the bold bitterness and satisfying finish as well as the huge “hop store” aroma.
